Thank you for shopping with ANPOA. Because our drops are limited and not mass‑produced, all sales are final once purchased — we do not offer standard returns or refunds.
Please do not DM (direct Message) on instagram about your order, they will not be answered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anpoa.clothing@gmail.com.
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help efficiently.
Final Sale
All ANPOA products are final sale.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit issues, or buyer’s remorse.
International Orders
For international shipments, you are responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs officials and are not refundable by ANPOA.
If you refuse a package due to customs fees, you will not be issued a refund.
